Bishop Dr. Jeffrey W. Larson, DM

Bishop Dr. Jeffrey Larson launched Start Again Ministries in 1994 and leads the ministry with Mrs. Mary Larson. He received a Doctor of Ministry from School of Bible Theology Seminary & University (SBTSU) on 28 July 2013, in Fort Worth.
